As owners of Universal Service Enterprise, a franchise of the nationally known Coverall Cleaning Concepts, Steve and Peggy Robbins have been servicing commercial companies since 2004.  Their franchise is ranked first for number of accounts and revenue in the Harrisburg network, with banks and medical facilities as their largest clients.  Employing 15 part-time workers, Peggy remarks, “There is always a high demand for our services.  We are wanted and we are needed.”

Steve and Peggy set themselves apart from the other franchise owners.  Most wait for the business to come to them.  The Robbins, however, are much more proactive in landing new accounts and retaining their 60+ current ones.  Says Steve, “If you keep your clients happy, and don’t raise your prices, you’ll keep all your business.  We haven’t lost a single account due to service relations.”
