Every property that Howard and Dori purchase requires renovation.  The company has created eight jobs in the area by employing three construction crews.  Yet these partners understand that there are some properties they won’t purchase, because they require such extensive work.  “Knowing your limitations is just as important as knowing your capabilities,” says Dori.
